At Klover Sales, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. We ship most orders within five business days. Back orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Most deliveries are shipped via ground transportation. In some circumstances, deliveries will be shipped by air transportation, as required, with additional shipping charges. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time and costs may vary. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.

For most orders within Canada, our shipping and handling costs are:

$20 for orders up to $125
$25 for orders between $125 and $250
$35 for orders between $250 and $500
$50 for orders between $500 and $1,000
$55 for orders over $1,000
FREE for orders over $2,000

Orders under $100 incur an additional handling fee of $10. Please contact us for rates outside of Canada. Large orders may qualify for a shipping discount or free shipping.

You can pay for your purchase with most credit cards. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please mail your cheque to Klover Sales Inc., 680 Petrolia Road, Toronto, ON M3J 2V2. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may return new, unused and unopened merchandise in original condition to Klover Sales within 1 week of receipt for replacement, exchange or full refund of the purchase price (minus freight charges and a 20% restocking fee). Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is defective, please contact us immediately. When returning an item, please contact us for a return authorization number and please include a copy of the packing list or invoice in the package.
