| At Klover Sales, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. We ship most orders within three business days. Back orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.
Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Most deliveries are shipped by Canada Post via ground transportation. In some circumstances, deliveries will be shipped by another delivery service provider such as Purolator or UPS via ground or air transportation, as required. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.
Delivery of oversized items directly to customers in certain remote locations may not be possible or may incur additional delivery charges. In these instances, Klover Sales will contact you to discuss the handling of your order. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery and a safe drop location is not available, the courier will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may return new unused and unopened products to Klover Sales within 2 weeks of receipt for replacement, exchange or full refund of the purchase price (minus freight charges). Of course, if an item is defective, the manufacturer or we will repair or replace it. When returning an item, please contact us for a return authorization number and please include a copy of the packing list or invoice in the package.
