How do I cancel my order?

Contact us right away at info@kloversales.com or at 416-900-4112 and we can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped and has left our warehouse, we will accept your return as per our return policy. 

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the prompt return within one week of any unused and unopened products for replacement, exchange or refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges or partial cases. Depending on the condition of the returned packages, there may be a restocking charge. After one week, please contact us to discuss the possibility of returning product.

Our products are safe for food use, and because of that, and to maintain food safety, any opened packages of product cannot be returned.

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us right away and we will arrange for your exchange. 

How can I get my return to you?

If you are cancelling your order anytime after it is shipped and has left our warehouse, then it is your responsibility to ship your order back to us at your cost. You can choose any courier or method of your choice, and we will let you know and issue your refund once the products are received back to our warehouse in good order. In the situation in which you received product that is damaged, or was shipped to you because of our error, then we can arrange to pick up your shipment for return to us, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
