Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the prompt return within one week of any unused and unopened products for replacement, exchange or refund of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges. Depending on the condition of the returned packages, there may be a restocking charge. After one week, please contact us to discuss the possibility of returning product.

Our products are safe for food use, and because of that, and to maintain food safety, any opened packages of product cannot be returned.

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us right away and we will arrange for your exchange. 

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us right away at info@kloversales.com and we can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped, we will accept your return as per our return policy.
