Do you charge shipping?

Yes, we apply shipping and handling charges on all orders, including sample orders—as charged by our suppliers, which have increased and continue to increase at this time. The amount will be added at checkout. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges based on the size of your order and your location. Shipping to remote areas may have a surcharge. We will always confirm any adjustments to shipping charges with you prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Canada. For orders outside of Canada, please visit www.packnwood.com.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. Pre-order and backordered items generally ship within 2-4 weeks. If desired, we can also work with you to find suitable replacements.

Can you accommodate me if I need my order by a certain date?

If you need rush service, please contact us at info@kloversales.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases there will be a rush order shipping charge.
