Last week the National Restaurant Association surveyed chefs to come up with a prediction of what will be the biggest trends in the culinary industry for 2015.
Close to 1,300 chefs were asked to rate what’s hot and what’s not in the food world, concluding that environmental sustainability would be the 3rd biggest menu trend in the coming year.
